Contaminated Lemonade

Gose

Contaminated Lemonade is a sour German wheat beer known as Gose. It is soured with lactobacillus bacteria and then clean fermented with German ale yeast. Its lemon-lime flavor comes from the acidity produced during the lacto souring. Sea salt and lemon peel are added for more of a margarita-style flavor.
